Mission Statement: As a Special District, the Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District is tasked with creating and implementing community-driven initiatives aimed at conserving, protecting, and enhancing soil, water, and land resources for agricultural use.

Vision Statement: Become the primary resource for landowners interested in agriculture and conservation programs and information within Okeechobee County.
